I have been taking NMN for a little over 30 days and have noticed a big improvement in my sleep and my digestive system functions. I have noticed some significant beneficial physical, biological, and biochemical benefits from the same. Included in the same is a better immune system, better general circulation, and an increase in mental acuity. The benefits from the same gradually appear over a period of time. I highly recommend this product but advise that you adjust the dose for your particular needs.
I take about one pill every other day, usually the days I work out at the gym. I notice a big difference in energy level. I am able to run longer without getting tired. It doesn’t give you more strength, it just makes you feel less tired, giving you the ability to work out longer and harder than usual. It’s up to you to take advantage of that.
Tried this on recommendation from a colleague who told me it gave him relief for knee pain. I have almost no cartilage in one of my knees, resulting in pain when I run. This pain has gotten worse over the last few years. After only 3 days of taking this product, my knees felt dramatically better. Two plus weeks later, they still feel much, much better. And I have been running more frequently.
My girlfriend has tried it to help with her hips, which tend to wake her up at night due to pain. Does not seem to have helped so far (been less than a week).
1 year update: This product has been a a near miracle cure for me. I will end up running 1,100+ miles this year. Knee pain has been nearly entirely eliminated. And I noticed after about a month of using the product that my legs felt dramatically younger. And that has maintained for a year….

I started taking this product because of an interview I heard with Dr Sinclair and it’s anti-aging benefits. Obviously those will take a while to notice but in the mean time, my sleep is greatly improved by this supplement. I take 1000 mg/day of NMN, plus 500 mgs of Resveratrol as per Dr. Sinclair’s recommendation.
I don’t understand why more people aren’t mentioning sleep quality being improved in these reviews but maybe it’s because of the dose I’m taking. In the first week I felt more tired but was sleeping so well I decided to see if my body just needed to catch-up. It seems that was the case. Then I started having more energy during the day and my sleep (I’m in peri-menopause so sleep was very thin) continued to improve.
On these supplements, my sleep is like that deep unctuous, dewy sleep of my youth which obviously helps all body functions as well as mood and cognitive functions.

My wife and I (42) have been taking this product for 6 months now. We started with 2 capsules per day 250mg and 500mg resveratrol. The effect was nice, more energy, mental clarity and both of us started looking younger. (Both of us had several coworkers tell us we looked younger, which was weird because we never talked about taking the product.) We recently in the last two months upped our dosage to 4 capsules per day 500mg nmn and 500mg resveratrol and it’s a dramatic game changer. DRAMATIC! We both have extreme mental clarity, energy of a 20yr old and increased muscle mass with decreased recovery time (50% or more.) If you can afford it, I recommend 4 capsules per day in the morning on an empty stomach and 500mg of resveratrol. (But don’t just jump into it, start slow like we did to make sure you can handle it.) Highly recommend the product. A true life changer.

I take NMN as part of an anti-aging system. To my knowledge it is a precursor to NAD+ but a less delicate molecule.
Hence a better chance of being absorbed. It is NAD+ declines with age but can be boosted with exercise and supplementation. MNM is more expensive than NAD+ but I think is a better way of taking it.
