Milk thistle, also known as Silybum marianum, belongs to the Composite family. I have been trying to shed a few pounds that I gained a few years back. I couldn’t shake off a pound! I’m not sure if it’s a coincidence but after I used this product for a few weeks, I’m losing weight and inches! I have not done anything different so I think it’s this product! I have read when the liver is not functioning properly it hinders fat loss.
Yes I was drinking way too much. I could tell because my liver would swell up after a few pints of rum. One pint per day. I could feel it pressing against my ribs! So I quit a month ago. Not even a beer. I started taking this about two weeks into my “ride on the wagon” and I’ve noticed the swelling going down! I’d like to make an update as time goes along but from the direction things are going I’d say this product works! I feel more energy in the morning as well. One more thing I’ve noticed is at one time I could literally feel my liver “flexing” like a muscle on my right side and it’s stopped doing that since I started taking this.
I really like this product now on my second bottle. Blood work showed elevated liver enzymes plus I was having pain for two years on my upper right side. I went to several doctors and had very expensive test done and everything came out negative. I had several glutathione infusions which didn’t make a difference to the pain and bloating. I also noticed the pain more intense when I ate sugar or anything that converted into sugar. I have a fatty liver I was constantly falling asleep from fatigue at work and was taking 5-hour Energy drinks. I gave up drinking altogether 2 months ago and since I drank Red wine mostly (way to much btw) , I needed the benefits that I got from wine, for example no bloating, great skin etc. my skin is much better and no more bloating I think I will take this for a very long time.
I started taking nmn two months ago, I take four capsules a day (600mg) and have noticed an increase in energy, as well as shorter recovery periods between workouts. These effects were immediate upon beginning nmn, though dosage does seem to matter. There was almost no noticeable effects at taking just 150mg a day, but once I bumped it up to 600mg, I found that I was recovering from workouts, and even injuries, as fast I used to when I was in my late teens/early twenties.
I’ve been tracking the number of grey/white hairs since I started nmn, but so far have seen no color change at the roots, but have noticed that no more white hair has grown in since I started taking nmn. I didn’t expect to see a color change right away, but I’m hoping that somewhere around the six month mark to see that change; I will post that result here when I reach month six on nmn. One thing to mention is that the study with the lab animals was conducted at very high levels of nmn, in fact to match the same dosage, a person would need to take over 20,000mg per day to see results similar to those in the experiment. There are brands who have nmn at higher dosages (around 1500mg to 3000mg) which might be a better option for those who are looking for faster age-reduction results.
This product seems to take more time to dissolve than other products I’ve taken, which might mean that more of it gets past the stomach and into the bloodstream. But otherwise this product is competitively priced and I’ve found no fault with it so far.

I could tell a bit of a difference at first by taking per bottle directions, but then after reading another review that said she took it at night and it was even better, I tried that. That made it significantly better for me.
I still take one capsule at lunch and one at dinner, then one at night before bed.
My symptoms were pain in my right side that nothing seemed to help and this product helps alleviate that pain.
This product really helped me a lot. I was taking it for a while in the mornings and did not feel much of a difference.
When I switched to taking it after dinner, about 2 hours before bed it made a HUGE difference. I wake up feeling so refreshed and have lots of energy all day.
I heard Dr. Justin (from Justin Health) say that it is best to take liver support at night because your liver does its daily routine between 1 AM and 3 AM which made me switch when I was taking it.

Ever since I have been taking your product I have noticed a change in my skin, my liver spots are disappearing and other dark spots that I have seem to be disappearing as well. I plan to continue with this product and maybe my skin will improve even more.
I have been taking this every day as directed on the bottle. I cannot remark on any blood test levels but have been diagnosed with a fatty liver. I will ask my primary to check my levels for a baseline then repeat in a few months. I feel better and have more energy. I have always had difficulty defecating but have gone daily since taking this supplement.
