I’ve been taking the pills for a week and workout often. I’ve noticed that I haven’t been in pain as much especially in the knees where they normally are a little sore. I do a lot of HIIT workouts and Strength Training so perfect if you are one that needs a little support for your bones.
I have severe pain in the region of both my knees, from years of work injuries and now arthritis. Doctors say soon I will need both my knees replaced. Of course I’m not eager to jump into this yet, so I bought this and I started taking it about a week ago the day it arrived. No changes for the first three day. Slight noticeable improvement on day four, much more improvements on day five. Now day seven and I would say there’s a 70+% improvement on my ability to walk, and stand. Prior to taking this I was in some serious pain trying to get up from the dining room table, or for that matter sitting down. This hasn’t completely eradicated the pain but it has made it so much milder that my ability to move, walk and do things around the house have made me forget about any pain and limitations. Now my knees feel sore, rather than the near incapacitating pain I felt before. I wish I had taken this months or years ago. I would encourage anybody with knee issues to try this out before you do anything drastic. I think you’ll be very pleased.
Love this product, noticed a difference within the first week of use. I’ve always been an avid runner, as I’ve gotten older I’ve noticed my knees and hips have been staying sore longer after my runs and had difficulty with recovering. After the first couple weeks of using this product I noticed a distinct difference in how my knees and hips felt after runs and didn’t have that soreness that I had prior to using this, definately recommend to anyone who wants to improve their joint health and function, a great product!
I’ve been taking Tru Niagen for 5.5 months now. My receding hairline grew back maybe 3-4 months into it, it is really weird. I’ve had slight knee pain in my right knee when bending it while standing on one leg that has been with me for at least 10 years, but after 5 months of Niagen it is completely gone. I doubt anything else would have caused these changes.
I have never gotten a lot of benefit from a joint supplement to date and this product changed that for me. I have taken it every day and within a week I noticed a change in the misery I was experienced.
On a daily basis now, I am better. The pain in my hands has lessened dramatically.
I typically do not do reviews as I find that most people get a product and do a five star review based on NOTHING. They have not even tried it and are enamored by the colorful packaging and quick delivery. So, reviews are a little difficult to trust.

I purchased Resveratrol from the advice of my nephew because of joint pain. My muscles and joints get pretty sore and needed to find something that works because I am not giving up my active life style of being a cross fitter and runner! I just started taking this 8 days ago and already I have noticed that I am getting a better nights sleep and I am waking up more refreshed and not having the typical joint and muscle pain that I usually have and a side benefit they I have noticed is I lost a couple of pounds!! This product was recommended to me by a friend. He swears by it! I’ve been using this for about six weeks, and my joints are feeling much better. My knees don’t hurt as much, and I feel better in general. I will continue to use this product.
I’ve now been taking these for the past week or so and have noticed that I’m not in as much pain as I usually am. I’m disabled and my joints hurt. Mostly my back, hips, and my fingers. After using this for just a week or so, I’m finding very good results. I recommend this product.

It really seems to be working on my hip. According to my x-rays, the doctors say I have no hip joint, it is just bone grating on bone. I have been in a lot of pain, but since I started taking this product, after about two weeks, there is a lot less pain. I can walk better without much pain. It feels like a thickening in my hip now. I wonder if I am growing new cartilage. Whatever is going on, I really like it!
I definitely felt an improvement with this one! Will buy again. I would give them a try because I cannot feel a difference with the supplements I have been taking .my knees are filling better thank you
My husband works in retail kneeling and standind all day. He complained about his knees a lot and went through a lot of IcyHot and the like. So I started giving him this and after a couple weeks his complaints stopped. I’ve been giving it to him for a year now and he has never complained about his knees since.
Been taking this supplement for 6 months now and finally felt it was time to write a review. I’ve been having pain in my left knee, particularly after a hard workout. Prior to taking the supplement, when my knee pain was particularly bad, I would have to “baby step” down stair ways. 6 months later, after adjusting my work outs and using knee braces as well as taking this supplement, my left knee feels much better. There’s nagging pain every now and again but for the most part it feels very much improved. I can’t say with any certainty that taking the supplement helped but I continue to subscribe to it and take it daily.
